imageblack negative film
imageblack film is optimised to allow you to make negatives directly from your printer. You can choose the inkjet or laser versions.
Simplicity… imageblack is the simplest way of making a negative– just load the imageblack film into your printer (inkjet is only coated on one side), adjust the printer settings (optimise to drop more toner or ink) and print (laser output will require enhancing before use).
Speed… imageblack is the fastest way to make a negative in the world – just press print and the negative is produced in seconds.
Cost saving… imageblack is very cost effective and easy to work out, just the total cost is just the cost of the imageblack sheet and the ink.

imageblack for lasers - We offer two frosty grades (vellum) a 125my and a 175my thickness and one clear 125my grade suitable for printing negatives on laser printer. Not all lasers work, again we recommend Hp, but expect the output to have need to be enhanced with solvents prior to use (laser toner density spray).
imageblack for inkjet printers - All inkjet printers work, although we recommend Hp as they tend to print blackest. For resolution chose a Printer Copier Scanner. The easiest way to find your optimal print settings is to print different small boxes using all the different print options and use a densitometer or look against a light to see which is the darkest black. It should be possible to obtain greater than 3.3 Dmax on the densitometer reading.
