imagepac
imagepac was the first pre-packaged photopolymer in the world, ten years ago. It is a sachet of polymer with a rigid side and flexible side, both of which are removable. It can be used for making all types of business stamps, but is particularly suited to be masking applications where a large number of stamps have to be made of the same size. Here a second masking negative is made that cuts the stamps with light, presenting them as a peelable sheet of stamps.
Benefits:
No mess, no pouring resin, no spills on floor or exposure unit, no laying of film or tape, no bubbles, no plate height varience and a saving over 10 minutes on average per plate.
Less waste typically providing the user with a reduction of 30% in resin use, damming tape, cover film and backing sheet. Reduction in stock, allowing only one item to be held instead of four. Easier to use, enabling delegatinon of process to less skilled staff.

imagepac is manufactured in A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8 sizes. It is available in a variety of plate thicknesses including 2.55mm (100") and 3.2mm (125") in clear, and super clear resin. imagepac works on all types of photopolymer exposure units.
