imagepac

imagepac was the first and original packaged polymer and is suitable for making business stamps. Both sides of the pack are removeable and it will present the user with a stamp with a sticky back suitable for applying to a hand stamp or self inker. We also provide a very strong double sided tape for applications where you require more strength. One side of the pack is rigid to enable easier handling, the other is flexible and delivers excellent imaging.

It can be used for masking applications where there are large amount of stamps to be made of the same size.

No mess, no pouring resin, no spills on floor or exposure unit. No plate assembly time, no laying of fillm, tape or pouring resin, saving over 10 minutes on average per plate. Less waste typically providing the user with a reduction of 30% in waste resin, damming tape, cover film and backing sheet. Reduced stock, only carry one item, instead of four. Easier to use, can delegate manufacture to untrained staff.

imagepac is available in A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8 sizes. It is available in a variety of plate thicknesses including 2.3mm (90") and 2.55mm (100") in green or clear resin. imagepac works on all existing types of photopolymer exposure units.
