imagepac xtra is the optimised pre-packaged liquid polymer printing plate. It provides you with benefits of lower cost, excellent image, cleanliness, faster plate processing and consistent quality. imagepac xtra is the perfect product for making business stamps.  It is pre-packaged 50 durometer photopolymer in a sachet with an integrated backing sheet to provide rigidity in the manufacturing and assembly process. It offers all the handling benefits of sheet polymer with the low cost and water washability of liquid resin.  

No mess no pouring resin, no spills and no need to clean up the exposure unit. No plate assembly time no more laying film and tape and pouring resin, saving over 10 minutes on average per plate. Less waste typically providing the user with a reduction of up to 30% in waste resin, damming tape, cover film and backing sheet. Improved inventory control by only carrying only one stock item, instead of four. Easier to use so can delegate manufacture to less-trained staff.
