Which printer to buy?
If you want a low cost option we currently recommend the HP 2050. It's a PSC (Printer Copier Scanner) so you can use it to scan and upload drawings. It's low cost (£25) and will print dark negatives straight from the printer.
If you are going to print a lot of negatives then we recommend the HP6000 (£60) and you should fit a CISS (60)to save money (Continuous Ink Supply System), here is a link to a supplier: http://www.cityinkexpress.co.uk/ciss/hp/6000/officejet-series
If you want negatives that will last forever and not get scratched then use this laser printer. We recommend using the HP 2055 (£150) and you will need to enhance the output, which can be done with white spirit and heat, but we would recommend laser density toner spray such as Polychrome or Folatoner
