Your plate is liquid and falls apart
This is the easiest problem of all to correct and means you can be making perfect stamps with one small change. The cause of the problem is too little light reaching the imagepac.
Solution to problem:
Make sure your imagepacs and glass are not cold. The hotter the gel is, the quicker the image will form inside the pack.
Make sure that you are not using two negatives or vellum (frosty) negatives as these will take more light to get through. If you are increase the second time (main exposure) through the negative.
Make sure that you cut the sachet with a scalpel, cutting just the outer layer of plastic and wash it gently under hot water with washing up liquid. If you wash too vigorously you can damage the stamp, remember it will not gain full strength until after hardening in water.
Give them longer on the first exposure, 20 seconds on the first exposure will have much greater effect than 20 secs extra through the negative.
