imagebox was the world’s first exposure unit specifically designed for exposing imagepac pre-packaged photopolymer.
Over the years, we have made many modifications and many different machines. Today we have refined our exposure units into three types; our revolutionary entry level model, imagebox, our professional machine imagebox 9, and our large professional machine imagebox 10.
imagebox exposure units offer the simplest method of stamp manufacture of any machine in the world as they are specifically designed to be used with imagepac.
imagebright:
All the imagebox units are fitted with imagebright, which improves the quality of the printed image sigificantly over that obtained from conventional glass beds.
Using imagebright, it is impossible to over-expose your printing plate. Fine work, open reverses and even photographs are now easy to make.
The acrylic clamp has a simple magnetic clamping system, with quick opening and closing at the squeeze of your finger tips, providing perfect imagepac compression.
The starter pack contains everything needed to start making stamps including a portable digital timer, post exposure tray, knife and instructions.
Suitable for making business (90' or 100’) or craft stamps (100’ or 125’) with imagepac or imagepac xtra.

imagebox:
This is the most cost effective, high quality exposure unit currently available in the world.
imagebox is fitted with imagebright, that enables the production of stamps of a quality that exceeds that of most commercially sold ones.
The quality is so high that you can even make stamps from photographs.
Its unique bulb layout provides even exposure across the entire bed.
It is designed to be used with imagepac; the easiest, cleanest, fastest and most convenient way to make stamps.
You can print negatives directly from your computer on a laser or ink jet printer onto imageblack film.
imagebox 9
imagebox 9: This machine provides the user with printing plates of the highest possible quality. It provides the most sophisticated features currently available for superior plate manufacture, such as the all stainless steel body, combined wash out unit, PLC programmable controls and vacuum system.
Some of its features such as imagebright exposure glass and combined germicidal and actinic post exposure have until now, only been present on flexographic exposure units.
imagebox 9 is the fastest way to make perfect polymer plates.
The complete process, from laying down the negative to picking up the finished plate ready for mounting, now takes less than 12 minutes (when cycled in continuous production of A4's).
It is the simplest method of polymer plate manufacture.
There is no need to handle resin drums, decant photopolymer, lay cover film, pull vacuum, place damming tape, pour resin, prick air bubbles, lay backing sheet... all this is achieved by simply laying the imagepac sachet over the negative.
There is no need to clamp the plate between glass... all you have to do is shut the drawer.
The sachet is accurately pre-filled and the drawer shuts to compress it perfectly. There is no simpler method of polymer plate manufacture in the world!
